In an effort to keep costs down, we do not refurbish all surfaces and we do
not replace all parts.
When the cylinders enter our shop they are cleaned, inspected and taken apart
to evaluate the condition of the real rod and lockup parts.
We then inform the customer of the condition and let them decide what
surfaces are to be refurbished and what parts are to be replaced.
